Getting Started

Welcome to the NeurOmics Explorer platform.

This guide will help you navigate and make the most out of the platform.

  1. Search genes or proteins → Search for your genes or proteins of interest across all available datasets
  2. Pick datasets → Select one or more datasets to explore - note only 1 sc/snRNAseq dataset can be viewed at a time
  3. Explore results → Visualise and interact with the datasets through visualisation plots, expression tables, and filtering controls
  4. Export → View and manipulate plots and download relevant data
